Cannot recommend Sunbeam Air Conditioning enough. Their customer service is phenomenal and they truly do care about you as the client. After giving another company months to figure out a problem (and incurring large bills and a very hot house) we finally decided to call SunBeam and get their input on the situation. And boy are we so glad. Within an HOUR, they had resolved the issue. We had three different “experts” come out in those months to resolve the issue and Jim and Harley figured it out in AN HOUR. Purchased an older home which needed relocation of a large AC unit, all new duct work (in very narrow and confined spaces), and two ductless AC units. Jim was extremely knowledgeable with not only the AC systems but with the numerous other issues that popped up. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Jim and Derek made a great team, worked long hours to get the job done, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the work was completed. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and appreciate the extra effort from both to make sure things were top notch. I highly recommend Sunbeam for your AC needs!
